How long does a custom order take?+
Once we have your fabric choice and measurements (chest, length and shoulder), your order is stitched and ready in 5–7 working days, then shipped anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I exchange or return my order?+
Ready-made items can be exchanged within 14 days if unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact. Tailor service and custom-stitched orders are made to your exact measurements and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund — please confirm measurements carefully before ordering.
What if I ordered the wrong size or item?+
For ready-made items, send it back at your own expense via courier, Bykea, or similar — once we receive and inspect it, we'll send the correct product if available.
How do I place a custom stitching order?+
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 2673387 with your fabric and color choice, along with your chest, length and shoulder measurements — we'll confirm everything before stitching begins.
