You can return or exchange any ready-made item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
Used or misused items are not eligible for exchange or return.
If you received the wrong item, size, or color, we will cover the courier charges.

Tailor service items and custom-made orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, as they are specially crafted according to your provided measurements.

– Ordered the Wrong Item?
If you ordered the wrong item, you’ll need to send it back at your own expense using a courier, Bikea, or other platform. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you the correct product (if available).

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it’s unused and complete, we’ll process your refund via Bank Transfer, **Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Refund processing time: 1–2 working days.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Return or exchange courier cost is paid by the customer(except when the fault is ours). Delivery charges are non-refundable.
